  6. no point in being vegan!! get the best quality u can of meat, fish, eggs, dairy, nuts, seeds, olives, fruits and grains.. humans would not be here if not for animal fats.. Gotta Accept it!! all the best!!

    IF YOU EAT 80% CARB 10% FAT 10% PROTEIN. LIKE HE SUGGESTS. YOU WILL GET FAT.

  12. @markangeloc Be Very Carefull at what u r doing!! do your own deep research!! dont trust Just what he says!! its important to know that u have basal metabolic rate activites going on everyday.. you need about 1500/2000 calories a day for that.. but from fat/protein with vitamins/minerals! Carbs can only offer u energy to burn with exercise!! All the best!!

  14. I was vegan for 10 years but felt my brain was not working right so I started to eat fish and eggs and feel much better.

  16. @kurruptz You won’t get fat necessarily, but you’ll be more likely to fight gnawing cravings. What works for everyone is different, I tried a vegan diet and had horrible digestive problems and extremely unstable energy levels, but some people try it and feel great.
